Hotel Reservation Arrangements:

You must first be registered for the Symposium on Natural Fitness through ICA to qualify for the special attendee room block rates at The Columbus-A Renaissance Hotel. You cannot register directly with the hotel for our ICA Room Block: once you have registered for the Symposium, you are given a Confirmation Code Number by ICA and then you contact the Symposium hotel reservation service to make arrangements through our event rooming coordinator from the Helms Briscoe event management staff. Call (toll-free) 1-877-921-9878, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST (you can also leave a message with the best times to be contacted), or fax your room request at (614) 527-7036; or e-mail HBReservations@aol.com com to ensure faster processing when working around time zone differences and practice schedule demands.

If you have registered to attend the ICA Symposium but you have not already made your room reservations, please do so right away as the entire city fills up quickly! With so many world-class athletic competitions and and organizations involved with the Arnold Fitness Weekend, hotels in town get booked to capacity!

The ICA Room Block for Symposium participants closes 2-9-06 and may fill up quickly before then, so register for the Symposium with ICA and then contact Melissa Atkins at Helms Briscoe for your room reservation as soon as possible. GOOD NEWS: THE CLOSING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 2-16-06.
