April 4, 2025 – Yesterday is a sad day in Montana for the chiropractic profession. No matter the facts that health care professionals such as the Montana Medical Association opposed the expansion of chiropractors’ scope into prescribing – crossing the line into the medical lane. No matter the fact every chiropractor in Montana will see their malpractice rates go up by $14,000 a year or more, the Montana House members passed HB 929.

The battle to stop this now moves to the Senate. Stay tuned, ICA is working this issues and will not give up. We stand for the protection and promotion of the profession and to keep it a distinct healthcare profession.
