Registration to the Symposium on Natural Fitness and Sports includes a quality continuing education program PLUS a special multiple-event weekend with celebrity athlete guests, AND a massive array of world-class athletic competitions and sports demonstrations with other exciting events! This is the 20th Anniversary year and brings the combined energies of ICA and the ICA Council on Fitness and Sports Health Science to build a fantastic series of Symposium program offerings!

GALA 20th ANNIVERSARY PROGRAM!
Your registration to the 20th Annual Symposium on Natural Fitness and Sports includes up to 20 hours of Symposium educational and events programs held Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 1, 2, and 3, 2012, and include exciting parts of the Arnold Sports Festival Weekend with championship competitions taking place from Thursday through Sunday in Columbus, Ohio!

--(IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that because of the unique nature of this event with individually ticketed entry arrangements, security issues and ICA’s agreements with Schwarzenegger/Lorimer Productions, ALL attendees must be pre-registered for the Symposium as a registered attendee and there are no provisions for non-registered participation).

PLEASE NOTE: Registrations are not completed until payment has been made and processed; your registration cannot be automatically refunded if canceled due to the specialized advance ticket arrangements made by Mr. Schwarzenegger for Symposium participants.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
ICA has a special room block reserved at The Columbus Renaissance, conveniently located in downtown Columbus and walking distance from the Arnold Sports Festival Expo and Events! Here's how to secure your hotel room in our special Columbus Renaissance room block:

STEP 1: You register first with ICA and receive a Confirmation Code Number
STEP 2: You then contact the ICA Symposium reservation management service (NOT the hotel itself) and provide them with your Confirmation Code Number to reserve your hotel room. --Columbus Renaissance Hotel and reservations details are posted at the HOTEL section of the Symposium InfoSite.

REGISTER EARLY! Columbus is BUSY that weekend with mega-sized crowds attending the Arnold Sports Festival and Expo events, so all of the hotels fill up very quickly.

REGISTER SOON! The Symposium room block at The Columbus Renaissance Hotel fills up quickly -- and the room block closes Friday, February 10, 2012.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION AND EVENTS TICKETS:
Confirmation letters with maps for Columbus including ICA Symposium and Arnold Sports events are sent to attendees after registrations have been processed. Arnold Sports Festival tickets are provided in the Registration Packets (to prevent risk of loss or confusion they are not mailed in advance) which may be picked up at the Symposium Reception Desk starting Thursday afternoon in the Exhibitor Foyer outside of the Ballroom entrance to the classroom.
